Boarding and Training

Send your dog to learn and have fun at Ashley Mapes Dogs Dog Training Academy's Boarding and Training Program. All training uses positive methods, making it more like a learning game than actual work. And don't worry, we send you text and photo/video UPDATES all the time.

Training In Your Home

Want to be more involved in your dog's training? We also offer In Home Training, where we come to your home and work with you and your dog. I train your dog during our sessions, and then I teach you the methods so that you can do the In Home Homework (you train during the time between sessions).

 

***IN HOME TRAINING REQUIRES THAT YOU PRACTICE BETWEEN SESSIONS, OTHERWISE THE TRAINING EITHER WON'T WORK, OR IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO SEE RESULTS.***

Boarding

Send your dog to experience our top quality boarding experience. Our boarding is open kennel and in my family home, so your dog gets social interaction whenever they want it. We can also send you photo/video/text updates if you want to know what your pup is up to.

Training Day Camp

One of our most popular services is Training Day Camp, where your pup is dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening. They have 4 training sessions a day, just the same as if they were boarding and training, only you get to have each night with them at home. They learn and play all day long and come home each night with new skills, and new experiences.

We can also send you photo/video/text updates if you want to know what your pup is up to.

We are now offering online/phone consultations to help you find the 8 most compatible dog breeds for your lifestyle and needs.

Each person is different, and no one dog breed fits every lifestyle. Let me help you take the guesswork out of finding your future canine companion. We do a thorough consultation and then give you back a list of 8 breeds that best fit your needs along with reasons why they fit, a description of each breed, and pros/cons of each breed.

Online/Over the Phone Training Assistance

Our newest service is Training Assistance. We do a thorough training consult on messenger/email/phone to assess you and your dog's current situation to give me the information I need to write up a detailed training plan to help you either treat a behavioral issue or train a cue. As soon as the consultation is done, I go to work creating a plan specifically tailored to your needs, and up to 2 videos to help aid you in your training journey.

This is perfect for long distance customers or clients who are looking for something in a lower price range.
